SeatBuzzer is an independent ticket-availability alert service. We watch supported ticket sources and email or push you a BUZZ when we spot availability matching a Buzzer you've set. We don't sell, hold, reserve or resell tickets, and we're not affiliated with any artist, venue or ticketing platform unless we say so on that event's page.
What a Buzzer is, and isn't
Setting a Buzzer asks us to keep watching a specific event for tickets matching your dates, quantity and price preferences. A BUZZ notification means we spotted availability that matched at the moment we checked -- it is not a reservation, and it doesn't guarantee the tickets are still there by the time you reach the ticket seller's site. Tickets can sell out again in seconds. We link you to the official ticket source; the purchase itself happens entirely on that site, under that site's own terms.
We currently monitor a limited set of events and ticket sources. If an event you want isn't covered yet, you can request it and we'll look into adding it -- requesting an event doesn't create a Buzzer or guarantee we'll add support for it.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address -- there's no password to set or remember. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's how we verify who you are. Please give us an email address you actually use and control.
SeatBuzzer is currently in private beta and is free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll tell you clearly before anything you're already using would be affected.
Acceptable use
Please don't use SeatBuzzer to scrape, overload or interfere with the service or the ticket sources we monitor, misrepresent who you are, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.
No guarantee of availability
We do our best to monitor accurately, but ticket availability, provider websites and queues are outside our control. We can't guarantee a source will be monitored without interruption, that a BUZZ will always arrive, or that tickets will still be available when you act on one. We're not responsible for what happens on a third-party ticket seller's site once you leave SeatBuzzer, including price, availability, refunds or delivery.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; we'll email you a confirmation link before anything is deleted. Deleting your account stops your active Buzzers and de-identifies your account -- some de-identified historical and operational records may be retained, for example to keep match/notification evidence honest for anyone else who received the same BUZZ.
Changes
We may update these terms as SeatBuzzer changes. We'll update the date below when we do; continuing to use SeatBuzzer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
